My morning began in the usual way, when I'm here at home.

I just returned from Dallas where I attended an awesome conference hosted by Enliven International. While I was gone, my friend Grover stayed here to take care of my Yorkie, "Jenny the Dog", not to be confused with "Jenny the Human", my niece and her namesake.

Every morning at 9:06, exactly, the pool pump turns on and the water is divirted to the solar panels on the roof, causing air to be flushed out through the pipes just under the water. Jenny has quite a reaction to this - and she waits for it to happen each day.

She's memorized the sounds of the whole process. The series of little clicks that the pump makes when it turns on, the sound of the water going to the roof (where the solar heaters are), and the sound of the air making its way through the pipe to the pool, and, of course, the sights and sounds of the massive eruption that occurs.

The neighbors don't like it much, either - since she's loud as she barks at, and bites at, the water. We try to keep her inside around 9:06am, if we can remember, just to be sure she doesn't wake up the neighborhood.

But she loves the routine of it - and she knows just when it will happen each day, and she actually waits for it.

On one of his visits, my friend Grover shot a video of it. Click on the image (above) to see it.

One day early in June of last year, I went to see my physician, Dr. Luis Velazquez for my bi-monthly visit. I've been seeing him for seven years now for chelation therapy and live cell treatments, for preventative purposes.

We met Dr. Velazquez shortly before my husband, Pat Paulsen, passed away. I wish we had known about him and his treatment facility (www.extendlife.com) earlier than we did, as I feel certain he could have helped Pat to conquer his disease and he'd still be with us today.

Anyway, after my treatment, Dr. Velazquez gave me a 2 oz. bottle of Nitro FX and recommended that I take 2 droppers twice a day. I was curious. Never before had I heard him talk of this product and I talk to him on a regular basis.

He explained that this was a fairly new nutritional aid formulated from the Noni plant (I had, however, heard of the Noni plant) which has been used benificially by Polynesians for more than 2000 years.

My introduction to the Noni plant came via some flavored juice from Pat's brother, Lorin, who began drinking it five years ago with some pretty amazing results for a couple of medical problems he was experiencing.

However, as Dr. Velasquez explained, this new formulation utilizes a combination of the best parts of the Noni plant and concentrates them into a propietary extract that is 50 times more powerful than the flavored Noni juice (which until now, has been the most popular form of Noni.)

Dr Luis (that's what I call him) told me he had been taking Nitro FX for about a month and noticed his hair and nails were growing faster, he had a general sense of well being, was experiencing less stress in his life, even though he is busy with his large patient load and administrating his medical center.

So, on his advice, I began taking Nitro FX. Although I have no serious medical problems (knock on wood) I did find it common to awake each morning with arthritic joint pain in my hands, knees and feet. Within days, this pain disappeared. I could hardly believe it!

About two weeks later, I went to see Vicki, my manicurist, who I have known for more than ten years and she asked me what I had been doing differently as she noticed that my nails had grown so much and they were much stronger.

After three weeks, I called Dr. Luis to find out where I could get more, as I only had about one week left and the bottle would be gone. He told me I could purchase it at the wholesale price, and gave me his source.

A couple of months later, and feeling great, still taking Nitro FX, I was visiting friends in Las Vegas. Dr. Luis called and said he was going to Utah to visit the home office of Enliven International (the makers of Nitro FX) and asked if I'd be interested in joining him. (YES!)

Not a long drive from Vegas, I thought it would be, at the very least, interesting. Meeting the people from the company that makes Nitro FX would be more than interesting.

Besides, I'd be able to explain to Vicki (my manicurist), what the hell was going on!
